International Shipping

Important please read most of our items are imported direct from suppliers all round the world, and the postage page is set up for Australian post, and the extra cost of bringing the item in from overseas is included in the cost of buying the item.

Due to the fact that we are on different time differences some items will take up to 14 days to arrive after shipping. We will notify you of these schedules so you will be able to follow your items journey across the world.

Substitution Policy
To ship your order in a timely fashion, we may occasionally have to substitute a item. We sometimes will substitute a item if the item is not in stock this is to process orders faster rather then have them delayed.

We will substitute a item for a higher priced or similier to what was on order. If you absolutely must have a specific color, please specify this in the "Comments" section of the order form.
